Compulsory state insurance of accidents of employees involved in life-threatening and health-hazardous activities
According to Resolution of Government of the Republic of Tajikistan dated January 12, 1996, #36 "About obligatory state insurance of employees involved in dangerous life-threatening and health-hazardous activities".

Insurable events
|
- causing bodily harm to life and health of insured employee as a result of accident while performing functional duties; - disabled persons of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd groups due to bodily injury caused as a result of accident while performing functional duties; - death of insured employee as a result of accident while performing functional duties; - injury of the insured (employee) as a result of accident while performing functional duties; - accidental break-out or closed dislocation of bones, breaking teethes, burn and injury of an organ while performing functional duties; - injuries due to high electricity voltage, drowning, bodily injury committed by animals and birds in the performance of their duties; - damage as a result of natural disasters while performing functional duties; - sudden death as a result of accident while performing functional duties. |
