Insurance object

The civil liability of owners of motor vehicles and other self-propelled machines before third parties will cover the damage on life and health of citizens and damage on property (property of individuals and legal entities) during usage of motor vehicles.

Compensation

- damage to the health of the victim, resulting in death;

- damage to the health of the victim, resulting in disability;

- causing damage to the property of the victim.

Insurance amount

1) upon the death of the victim, the insurance payment is 39 240 somoni;

2) upon receipt of the disability of the victim as a result of an accident, the insurance payment is:

- Group I disability - 27 360 somoni;

- Disability group II - 21 600 somoni;

- invalidity of the III group - 15 840 somoni;

3) in case of damage to the property of the victim, the amount of the insured amount is 19 656 somoni.

Term of contract validity

Installed by agreement between the insurer and the policyholder from 15 days to 12 months
